Sports Therapy

Testimonials1

It is important to clarify that sports therapy is not just for 'sporty' people. It can benefit anyone with musculoskeletal injuries, postural problems and imbalances. Sports therapy is a combination of sports massage, joint mobilisation and prescribed exercise to treat and rehabilitate an individual. It also aids with injury prevention and in educating the client of their specific sporting and non sporting needs.

Why a Sports Therapist?

We have an in-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology and use this knowledge to assess and diagnose sporting injuries. We understand that pain and discomfort can be debilitating and soul destroying, so our aim is to have you back to full fitness as quickly and as safely as possible.

As sports therapists we use the principles of sport and exercise science to prepare the participant for training and competition at all levels and when needed, for work.
