My right leg is significantly shorter as a result of a degenerative hip condition during my infant years. I lift weights in the gym and because of the irregularity in my posture I often suffer with back problems which impacts negatively on my progress. To help minimise occurrences of back pain I've had several sports therapy sessions. This has proved very effective and combined with a number of bowen sessions has allowed me to continue hard physical training in the gym without the regular occurrences of back pain.
